Memorial Day weekend is going to be busy for salsa dancers with multiple events going on here in San Diego. Â 4th & B just announced that they are going to have Oscar D’Leon live in concert once again in May.
Venezuelan musician Oscar D’Leon is a crowd favorite here in San Diego with his spirited performances as seen from one of his past shows here:
